Great Book
Love your recipes, but I think you should double check your ingredient list in the summary for the #4 pulled pork – you listed chicken not pork 🙂 – Thanks for all the great recipes!
Thanks Kathy! I’ve correct the error.
Gosh I have so many favorites it will be hard to choose. We love the Grapenut Pudding for breakfast OR dessert….and we really enjoy the Caramel Pecan Cheesecake. I’ve had fun trying to perfect new cheesecakes too-like Italian NY Cheesecake-it’s been loads of fun. Looking forward to having more fun with my pressure cookers in 2019…I know they’re going to be kept VERY busy. Happy New Year!
Thank you
I’m so loving my Instant Pot! These recipes sound all so good! I’m excited to say I got your cookbook for Christmas. I made the chicken noodle soup. Yum! It was a big hit! I can’t wait to try out some of the others. I do have a question though…is it possible to reduce the serving size of the recipes (it’s just me and my husband most days). Thank you for making this so easy and fun to use.
Hi Cecilia – so nice to hear you’re enjoying the cookbook! Yes, you can reduce the serving sizes of most recipes with no changes in cook time. Just make sure you have enough liquid to come to pressure – typically 1 cup – 1/2 cup if you’re cooking something like chicken that releases liquid as it cooks. Have fun!
