I don’t often post about what I’m whipping up in the kitchen over on Barbara Bakes, but today I’m making an exception because I have exciting news! My cookbook, Simply Sweet Dream Puffs, was published yesterday!
This cookbook has been a labor of love that I’ve been working on for over two years. I’m so happy to be able to finally share it with everyone.
I know many of you adventurous pressure cooker users must be talented bakers as well.
The recipes are all easy-to-make and scrumptious! You’ll be amazed at all the ways you can change up cream puffs, eclairs and profiteroles (ice cream filled cream puffs.)
You can download the e-book from Amazon. Amazon has a Kindle app that you can use to read e-books on almost any device, including phones, laptops and desktop computers.
It’s also available on Barnes and Noble if you’re a Nook user, and other online book outlets.

I have been printing your recipes for pressure cooking as Ijust ordered a pressur cooker. I see you just made a cookbook called simply sweet dreams puffs. showing cream puffs. I went on Amazon to buy. dors it only come to be loaded down on some kind of a device? This is something I can’t do.

Well I just couldn’t wait until Christmas to give this book to my daughter…she LOVES making cream puffs just as much as her mother does so I know she’s going to be thrilled.
