The Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook Giveaway!
Today’s the day! The official release day for my cookbook, The Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook. I could not be more proud or excited to share this cookbook with you. It’s filled with family-friendly recipes that I know my readers are going to love.
I started working on the cookbook in the spring of 2015. I collected recipe ideas where ever I went. Anything I thought looked like a great dinner my family would enjoy, went on the list to be turned into a pressure cooker recipe.
Once I had a huge list of awesome dinners, I decided to round out the cookbook with must have side dishes, breakfasts and decadent desserts.
The cookbook has 200 recipes! I’ve included 50 of the most popular recipes from Pressure Cooking Today, and created 150 all-new electric pressure cooker recipes that I’m sure will become new favorites.
If you love the recipes and pressure cooking advice I share on Pressure Cooking Today, you’re going to love the cookbook.

Big congratulations on the official launch! 20 reviews already averaging 4.8 well-deserved stars!
I’ve said it many times, your technique for potato salad is how I convince people that they need an electric pressure cooker, then I hit them with Pot Roast that cooks in 30 minutes. My DIL told me no way, so I showed her. After that, she was putty in your hands. Potato Cheese Soup made my mother buy an Instant Pot and Baby Back Ribs is why my niece made it her top wedding registry item. They’re all getting a new cookbook for Christmas!
Thanks so much!! All my favorites to share with people too. The perfect Christmas gift.
Congrats on your new cookbook, that’s very exciting! My fingers are crossed:@)
Thanks Lynn! Good luck 🙂
I made the honey sesame chicken recipe (half the chicken, double the sauce :-)) and we loved it! I can’t wait to get the cookbook and try more recipes. Congratulations on the release of your cookbook!
Thanks so much Judy!
Congratulations! Everything looks so yummy!
Thanks Karen!
Just got my Instant Pot and have tried several dishes already; however, my knowledge is limited on timing, etc. From the replies that follow your expertise, it would be so wonderful to win your marvelous cookbook as I have read the ingredients you add to prepare meals in the pressure cooker and will be trying some shortly. Thank you for taking the many hours, trial attempts and then success in order to make it easier for the rest of us to set the table with fabulous meals.
I am very grateful.
Such a sweet comment. Thanks Donna!
Just made your recipe for creamy chicken and broccoli over steamed rice. Oh, my goodness, the chicken was deliciously tender and the spices were perfect for flavoring. I made the recipe letter for letter and it was wonderful. Of the belief that if a recipe is going to be determined to be as tasty as the picture shows, it must be followed as written and not with substitutions. You have a true winner with this recipe; and, a follower as a subscriber from now on. My husband and I both marked this recipe as MAKE AGAIN!!! I put some of the left overs in the frig, and made two pint amounts for one serving each in the freezer to pull out and warm up when I just don’t feel like cooking. So for the both of us, this meal – as published – will give us 5-6 meals. Very economical and all the ingredients were within arms reach. Bless you, Barbara.
A big CONGRATULATIONS Barbara on your cookbook-I’m so so happy for you. Thanks so much for the giving me the opportunity to be one of your recipe testers-I had a blast and Bob did too getting to try all the delicious recipes! I know the book is going to be HUGE success-I’ll be using my cookbook a lot! Good thing I have more than one pressure cooker…I think I might be wearing one of them out trying so many of the recipes. 🙂
Your hard work creating so many of these wonderful recipes on your blog and in your cookbook have taught me SO many things about pressure cooking. I use my pressure cooker now more than I ever did before-thanks to you.
Cheers and hugs to you!
Carol
Thank you so much for your support Carol! Hugs 🙂
Absolutely love this cookbook! Already purchased one for me, but want to gift one to my daughter who I have given my other pressure cooker too, so winning this would be a dream come true.
