Thanks Lisa! I have only used the rack once, to cook the hard boiled eggs. But I loved cooking eggs that way, so I think if it’s not too expensive I would buy it, or find a similar rack at a store. Maybe one day you’d like to guest post and share a favorite pressure cooker recipe?

I bought this very same pressure cooker this summer and haven’t used it as often as I would like. I will definitely be utilizing your recipes like crazy! Now, I bought mine used from KSL. It didn’t have that metal circle insert, so wondered how often do you use that..really? I can always go to Cuisinart and buy the part, but keep debating on whether or not I’ll really need and use it. Please provide me with some guidance on this…pretty please!
