Angela,
I own Jill Nussinow’s book, The New Fast Food: The Veggie Queen Pressure Cooks Whole Food Meals in Less than 30 Minutes and can tell you it’s a wonderful book for vegetarians and for those who aren’t as well. Anyone looking for wonderful pressure cooker recipes using veggies, grains, and legumes will enjoy this book. Besides its tasty recipes, it serves as a great resource too for cooking your own dishes.

I’m looking forward to following your posts here, particularly any veggie based ones since I am recently (over the past year) vegetarian due to health reasons.

One of the kitchen gadgets that I feature from time to time on my blog are pressure cookers. I have two pressure cookers; a Fagor stovetop, and the Cuisinart electric. All the recipes can be found by doing a “pressure cooker” search on my site.
Looking forward to reading and trying new recipes from your site.
Congrats!

I got mine for christmas 2 years ago. The first thing I cooked was my favorite dish, Pot Roast. I had a complete meal ready in 1 hr. and 15 min. I was so impressed. The roast was fall apart delicious. This meal would normally take 4 hrs. minimum in the oven. My friend Maryann immediately got one for her and her parents for christmas. My daughter in love calls it the majic machine. She got one for christmas last year. My daughter bought one and my neighbor down the street also bought one. My sister in law bought one too and her son has one. I would buy one for all my friends if I could. Everyone should have one. I’m looking forward to your recipes.
