Hurst’s HamBeens 15 Bean Soup  Oil Onion Celery Garlic Ham Bone & Ham Crushed Tomatoes Carrots Chili powder Spinach Lemon Juice

Rinse beans

Saute vegetables in Instant Pot

Add beans, water, and ham bone

Cook on high pressure for 1 min.

Let beans soak for an hour.

Stir in tomatoes, chili, carrots, and seasoning pack

Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.

Natural Release

Remove bone, stir in spinach and lemon juice.

No Soak Option

Pressure cook beans for 35 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes.  Follow recipe as written.

How to store leftovers

Store in fridge for up to 5 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.  Reheat in instant pot.
