This twist on a popular slow cooker recipe. It only has three ingredients —vegetable oil, pork, and barbecue sauce! It takes very little prep time and comes together in a fraction of the time

Instructions:
1 : Saute & Brown the Pork
2 : Add Pork, Water & Barbecue sauce to cooker
3 : Cook on HIGH pressure for 75 min
4 : Release pressure naturally

5 : Remove and shred pork
6 : Strain all but 1/2 cup of cooking liquid
7 : Combine BBQ sauce and 1/2 liquid with the pork
8 : Serve on toasted rolls and sides
