INSTRUCTIONS
1 | Season the Beef
2 | Brown the Beef on SAUTE for 5 mins
3 | Add Onion
4 | Stir in the crushed tomatoes, parsley, bay leaves, & browned beef
5 | Cook on HIGH for 10 mins
6 | Natural Release for 5 mins

8 | In a small bowl, whisk the flour & cold water until smooth... Add slurry to pot
9 | Select Sauté & bring the sauce to a boil. Stir in the corn and peas.

Expert Tip
In traditional stews, acidic red wine is used to flavor and tenderize the stew meat during the hours it simmers on the stove. Substitute ½ to 1 cup of red wine for the same amount of beef broth.
