INSTANT POT RECIPE

Make this tender, Instant Pot Brisket in a fraction of the time it would take to cook it in the oven. An overnight marinade helps give it a smoky flavor you’ll love.

Celery Salt

Meat Tenderizer

Garlic Salt

Seasoning Salt

Liquid Smoke

Beef Brisket

BBQ Sauce

Worcestershire Sauce

Water

SIMPLE

INSTRUCTIONS

1 | Mix meat tenderizer, celery salt, seasoned salt, & garlic salt. Rub spices into brisket

2 | Marinate overnight

3 | In Pressure cooker add the Water, BBQ Sauce, and Brisket. 

4 | Cook on HIGH for 1 Hour

5 | Natural Release for 15 min then Quick Release

6 | Slice meat then drizzle BBQ sauce on meat

Expert Tip

If necessary, you can cut the brisket in half to get it to fit in a 6-quart pressure cooker. Try to place the pieces side by side rather than stacking them to ensure the two pieces cook evenly.
