KALUA PORK
Pressure Cooker
Smokey tender, juicy shredded pork served over rice is a Hawaiian luau favorite. I’ve transformed a popular slow cooker recipe with a 16-hour cooking time into an Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker Kalua Pork recipe.
SIMPLE
INGREDIENTS
Pork Shoulder Liquid Smoke Salt & Pepper Rice Oil Water
Sauté the roast on both sides. Add liquid smoke and cook with high pressure for 90 minutes.
Do a natural release and remove the meat from the pressure cooker. Shred with 2 forks and serve over a bed of fluffy rice. Enjoy!
Kalua Pork is commonly served with Mac & Cheese! Pure comfort food!
