INSTANT POT  

CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 

This Instant Pot / Pressure Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli recipe features chunky, bite-size pieces of chicken and crisp-tender  broccoli, smothered in a creamy cheese sauce and served over fluffy white rice. It’s a family favorite pressure cooker chicken recipe that’s ready in UNDER 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN BREAST OIL  BUTTER ONION CHICKEN BROTH  CORN STARCH CREAM CHEESE CHEDDAR CHEESE  BROCCOLI  RICE SPICES

Saute the chicken in oil and butter in the Instant Pot for 3 minutes. Set chicken aside. Saute onion. Add chicken broth, spices and chicken into the pot. 

Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.  Use a quick pressure release. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. 

Add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese and stir until the cheese melts.  Stir in broccoli and diced chicken. Simmer until heated through.

Serve over rice. You can cook the rice separately or at the same time.
