Cooking Chicken for the Week in an Instant Pot<\/h2>\n

Diane cooks 6 lbs. of chicken breasts in her pressure cooker for 12 minutes (it takes 10 minutes for her pressure cooker to come up to pressure.)\u00a0When the chicken has finished cooking, she tosses it into her Kitchen Aid\u00a0mixer,\u00a0turns it on high for about 30 seconds, and it’s shredded and ready to use in meals throughout the week.<\/p>\n
