Hi Joyce – I would add 1 1/4 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup water with 1 cup quinoa.

I DID! I made this last night and oh my goodness-it’s a WINNER here. Bob and I both love it. What a great combo….the almonds really add a nice touch.

I’m gonna LOVE having fun with this pressure cooker. This was my first time using it and I can’t wait to use it again.

Your step by step video REALLY helped me out-especially disassembling the lid for cleaning.

Can’t thank you enough Barbara. 🙂

Thanks Simone – You need 2 cups of liquid for 1 1/2 cups quinoa, so the chicken broth combined with the water gives you two cups liquid. I’ve updated the recipe.

Thanks,
