Hi Marcie. You buy the tofu that’s already baked and just cut it in little cubes. It doesn’t crisp up but definitely tastes better than plain tofu. Also baked tofu texture quite pleasant–like Jack cheese. My husband slices baked tofu and puts it in his sandwiches. I linked to the kind I used in the post.
