It would freeze quite well – you’ll just need to thaw it out in the fridge before being able to enjoy it!

What a treat on a hot summer day-the perfect cold lunch-gosh I sound like I’m back in grade school! Our area got hit hard this winter/spring so no fresh peaches to be had, darn it. I so look forward to peach season. I’m sure I can rustle up some other fruits to give this a try with.
