Yes. I believe the Insta Pot has a rice/risotto setting. Mine does, and it has a “select” button that allows for extended time. It offers the option of 25 minutes. I was very pleased with the results, and have done it a few times now. Good luck!

In your notes, you write: “When using fresh, cut the amount in half.” You call for fresh herbs in the ingredient list, so shouldn’t this read dry herbs instead of fresh?
