I started working on the cookbook in the spring of 2015. I collected recipe ideas where ever I went. Anything I thought looked like a great dinner my family would enjoy, went on the list to be turned into a pressure cooker recipe.<\/p>\n

Once I had a huge list of awesome dinners, I decided to round out the cookbook with\u00a0 must have side dishes, breakfasts and decadent desserts.\u00a0<\/p>\n
