I have since bought the ingredients I need for about fifteen 
recipes and made seven of them.  Since I am recently widowed , I bought the 3 quart and halve your recipes
and so far they  have been delicious. I follow the recipe exactly as written and the next time I make them, I will
tweek them to my liking. I believe everyone should get your book before they start using the Instant Pot.  Thanks
