Cook for one, so usually make a side dish or dessert to bring to family dinners. This year I am cooking the whole dinner for the first time ever in my life – for one😜. Am filling out the planner right now & wasn’t sure how I was going to pull it all off by winging it πŸ˜‚ (Other than cranking up 2 Ultra minis/ Duo Evo+ & breville oven at the same time without blowing a fuse).
