Recently when I made Meyer Lemon Cheesecake<\/a> in the pressure cooker, I used a foil sling. Using a sling makes removing the hot springform pan from the pressure cooking pot quick and easy.<\/p>\n To make a foil sling, you just take a 20 inch long strip of aluminum foil and fold it lengthwise in to\u00a0thirds like you would fold a letter.\u00a0<\/p>\n You can save the foil sling and reuse it.
