I used your tips for the quicker cooking steel cut oats (2 1/2 cups water, 5 min cook time and 10 min NR). I only used 1/2 cup raisins and omitted the cream cheese topping, but I did use the brown sugar topping. This really hit the spot on a cold morning. Have left overs in the fridge to reheat tomorrow.

Hi Patricia – Some people like to store the leftovers in the refrigerator and eat them throughout the week. I typically save leftover oats in individual servings in Ziploc bags to reheat later.

Thanks Stefani! Glad it was a hit 🙂 You’re not suppose to fill the pressure cooker more than 1/2 full with things that foam like pasta and oats, so you may have to do 1 1/2 batches twice if you want to triple it in a 6 quart. I would use the same water ratios.

Thank you! I want to double or possibly triple the recipe for a holiday breakfast with family. Any idea on how to adjust the water ratios for that?
