I imported the recipe to the MyFitnessPal app and the calorie per serving was less. I didn’t thicken with any flour or cornstarch. Is the calorie count with the gravy thickened and does it also include the mashed potatoes? (wishful thinking, lol!)

Hi Roy – I haven’t tried it, but chicken does sound like a tasty change. I’d use a 6 minute cook time with boneless skinless chicken breasts.
