However, I made the Alfredo sauce and O M G, so much better than store bought. Made it with 16 oz of ground chicken since it wouldn’t be worth saving it for later use. It was delicious, thick, and the rosemary took it over the edge. The whole thing was wonderful but the sauce was the star. I used the round cake pan and there was enough for 4 adults and a toddler. Served with salad and garlic knots.

It was delicious but runny. Something tells me that i should have let it stand for an hour or so because it was runny. Any other ideas? thank.
