Hi Lisa – are you sure the gasket is seated properly? That’s often the cause. Do you receive two gaskets when you bought it? Have you tried it with the other gasket to see if that makes a difference?

Instapot dua nova. I am having trouble with it sealing.  I’m familiar with using it but any suggestions why this is happening?

Hi Kristi – have you checked the plug going into the Instant Pot – sometimes the detachable power cord pulls out. Have you tried using it with a different electrical outlet?

Any idea what could cause this?

I have only had it for about a month and a half

I am happy to be in a time with internet because this brief tutorial was 10x easier to understand than the booklet, especially when I was prepping food and he was in charge on figuring it out 😂 The 6 quart is okay for 2 people unless you meal prep or plan to host. Just my 2 cents to anyone who came here looking for advice on that. 🙂 Great site!

I pressed the pressure button and adjusted the time for 40 min. but the screen shows on the left Pressure to the right high but on top of the word Pressure is Less.  I don’t understand what that is telling me.  Is the pressure on High or Less?

I saw something that the smaller ones aren’t. Thanks for the codes, I’ll make sure to keep them!
