No bother – if you’re dividing the mixture between four cups instead of six, then your cook time will be a little bit longer. I would try 8 minutes.

Hi again, Barbara,

Sorry to bother you but I have one more question (I hope).  I found 4, 8 oz. custard cups today and want to know if the time would be the same?

Thank you, again, for any help you can give me.

Susan

Thanks Susan! The custard cups are 6 oz. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000CF3UK?ref=exp_pressurecookingtoday_dp_vv_d The ramekins should work well, just don’t fill them more than 2/3’s full. Enjoy!

I have 6, 5-oz. ramekins and was wondering could I use these instead of custard cups as the ramekins are straight and the custard cups look larger.  Do you know what size are your custard cups?
I LOVE your IP recipes and have forwarded them on to family and friends.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
Have a great week!
Susan

Hi Maddie – just tight enough so they wouldn’t come off when stacking them in the pressure cooker.
