Hi Neassa – I haven’t tried it, but it should work well. However, you may need to add more chicken broth while reheating and additional cream and pesto after reheating. Also, wait and add the fresh tomatoes before serving. Let me know how it goes.

I might add more of those next time. I used about 12.5 oz of gemelli, which I had on hand. For us, there was still too much pasta for the amount of chicken. Next time, I would use only 8 oz, and maybe a bit more chicken. It was a good way to use up some of the Costco-sized jar of pesto I had on hand. (I added more than the recipe amount.)
