Leftovers. But I’ll definitely make your chicken scampi and use our reheated pasta. Should be yummy.

Many years ago my husband and I would go to Jeans in Sheepshead Bay in Brooklyn, NY. Loved their Veal Marsala. The helpers always said it was easy to make. Your recipe doesn’t have the mushrooms. But, on the flip side your recipe is as close to come as I remember!! Thank You, Donna W.

Thanks for the rave review Sandy! Red pepper flakes sounds like the perfect addition.

We especially love the sauce. I added just a little bit of red pepper flakes to the mix, to give it a little zip. It’s a keeper!

I think your pasta would over cook as you thicken the sauce, and if you started with thicker sauce then you would get a burn notice. I dearly wanted to make it a one dish too, but i think the gorgeous sauce stands in the way!

Could you cook the pasta at the same time as the chicken when you pressure cook? Would love to be able to make this a one pot dish.
